Gugu Dlamini is a disciple of Jesus Christ, determined to help people live a life of success using the Bible as the source of all their requirements. She is an ordained Pastor under the Apostolic Faith Mission. She serves at a local church called the House of Glory Assembly in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. She serves under the leadership of her Senior Pastor, SN Dladla. She is active in the Kingdom of God and teaches the Word of God. She a wife, a mother to three great children.

She has occupied various leadership positions in both the public and the private sector being the Chief Executive Officer in four large entities. She has also served as a Director in the banking, forestry, engineering, water, community development sectors. Most of her work has been in the areas of value addition in terms of organizational change, transformation and restructuring and increasing shareholder value. She is currently undertaking a family farming adventure which she hopes to build into a formidable Godly business in the next few years together with her children Lebu, Khotso and Lungi in a rural area called Ixopo, in South Africa.
